At first, although he willingly agreed to come, Foggy had doubts about what, exactly, he was supposed to be doing there and how he could help. He'd come from a time in canon where he was a little bit lost - trying to find a place in a new firm, strained relationship with one of his best friends, and currently stuck in a police station waiting to find out if he'd just helped send said best friend to his death. He wasn't really sure what good he could do in a war with the Titans.
It didn't take him long to stumble on the idea of doing a ton research into Roman law and Titan mythology in order to try to find some kind of loophole that could help him argue with them - things like that happened all the time in Roman mythology, right? He threw himself much more into that than the physical training they all had to do, spending most of his time out in the city of Rome talking to the locals or reading. After a couple of battles found their way into their home base and he had no choice but to fight, though, he gave in and began taking the training seriously.
Between both of those, Foggy discovered that he actually was able to contribute quite a bit. He worked to develop the abilities that Mercury gifted him, and there were several times that they saved his life. He helped come up with plans of action in battle, played a supporting role when he could, and he had his two best friends there with him on top of making other friends in game. He still had no idea how long the war would take or when they might ever get back home, but despite the frequent life threatening situations, he almost didn't mind it. Especially not after he and Matt got together, although their relationship was new enough that neither of them were ready to tell anyone about it yet.
The biggest impact his time in Fasti had was on his fear, his confidence, and his religion. While in game, Karen Page died and was brought back to life. Both she and Matt were from a point in canon a little bit ahead of them, and he eventually found out that there was a strong possibility that Matt might actually have died back home. As a result, his fear of losing his friends has increased a lot. He's kind of terrified of what might be waiting for him when they do go back to their world, and he's dealing with that in the very healthy manner of not acknowledging it at all.
However, Foggy's a bit more confident in himself and his abilities, as he's been pushed out of his comfort zone just enough to start to believe that he really can be helpful in more situations than previously thought. He's also buoyed by the fact that Mercury chose him and it must have been for a reason, and though he hasn't admitted it, he has a lot of faith in Mercury and the god's support of him.
Personality:
Strengths
Compassion: Foggy cares, deeply. He cares about his friends and family, he cares about Hell's Kitchen, he cares about people in general. Foggy's the kind of guy who makes friends with all his neighbors, with the staff of restaurants and coffee shops, with all of the patrons of his favorite bar. He genuinely wants to make the world a better place, one client at a time, and he's never really able to turn down someone who's in trouble or needs help. He's someone who rolls up his sleeves and fixes a client's plumbing during a tenement case, stays up all night to help a friend, or tries to be there for a sick coworker whether they want him to or not. Foggy sees himself as part of a community, and he's happiest when he's right in the middle of it.
Humor: Foggy's sense of humor is something that's made very clear early and often. His default seems to be amiable and cheerful, and he's almost always ready to smile brightly and laugh loudly. Foggy is open and honest; he very rarely has secrets and he hates lying to the people he cares about. He likes making people smile or getting them to laugh, and he often uses humor to try to defuse a tense situation or put people at ease. He jokes about everything from bribing cops to his best friend's blindness to anything else that happens to be on his mind.
Dedicated: This shows up in a number of ways, but mainly in his loyalty to his friends and his tenacity in his job. There isn't a lot that Foggy wouldn't do for his friends, whether that's being a listening ear, coming in swinging with a baseball bat when they're in trouble, or running around on rooftops trying to hunt them down when they're injured. Foggy is at his bravest when it's for his friends, or for his clients.
As a lawyer Foggy is determined and ambitious - he has grand dreams of one day making it big, with a fancy office and all that goes with it, but he wants to do it on his own terms. He puts everything he's got into his cases, including going up against shark-like lawyers who also happen to be his ex or the DA as well as walking into a biker bar for information based only on the fact that a guy he knew in third grade is one of them. People tend to underestimate him due to his easy going nature and tendency to joke and ramble, and he's absolutely not above using that.
Confident: Although Foggy has his insecurities same as anyone else, for the most part, he has a hell of a lot of confidence in himself. He's a good lawyer and he knows it, especially when he's got friends to remind him of that. In matters of debate he rarely falters, from spinning an opening statement on the fly to arguing down two injured, angry gang rivals from fighting each other. He's hard to embarrass in general, and seems to have little shame whenever he quips about how handsome he is or goofs around in public.
Weaknesses
Complicit: Despite his dedication and ambition, Foggy can be a little bit too "go with the flow." Foggy's the kind of guy who'd be very happy with a routine, getting his excitement battling in the courtroom and spending his evenings in a bar where he knows everyone's name. He has a practical kind of complicity that comes from working within the justice system, doing the best he can for his clients using the law rather than trying to change its failures. The exceptions to this tend to come when he's been fired up by his friends, because it's fairly easy for him to be persuaded to what they want. That's not to say he doesn't make or stand by his own decisions, but unless it's life or death or his own pride gets involved, he seems to lose his killer debate instinct when it comes to his friends.
Over-invested: Foggy cares about his friends a lot. By his own admittance he's not great at dropping or letting things go, even when people want him to. This leads to him doing things like following one of his best friends after she leaves the office because she was acting funny and he was worried, or trying to offer to help a senior partner in the firm with a sensitive medical issue. Obviously, this doesn't always work out the best for him, but it doesn't stop him from sometimes being a little pushy or invasive or putting himself in potentially dangerous situations.
Stubborn: There are some things that Foggy will sink his teeth into and not let go of, particularly when it comes to betrayal or Foggy's own sense of pride and jealousy. When he feels betrayed and let down by Matt, he doesn't forgive him easily, and stubbornly refuses to be the first one to admit that he wants to keep Nelson and Murdock going. He doesn't back down on his concern for what Matt's doing, even if he eventually adjusts his stance on vigilantism somewhat. And even though for the most part he seems okay with Matt and Karen's relationship, there's still a clear undercurrent of jealousy that even Marci comments on, likely confounded by the debacle that was Frank Castle's trial and Electra's reappearance, that contributes to Foggy refusing to cut Matt much slack.
Poor coping mechanisms: To some extent, humor could be included here, considering Foggy has a tendency to deflect or try to defuse tension with a joke that doesn't always work, but the main one is alcohol. He's not really an alcoholic and it never seems to interfere with his functioning - except maybe to make him more emotional in arguments - but when Foggy's sad or angry or generally upset, it's highly likely he'll end up drinking and avoiding his own problems.
Core values: Wanting to help people. Foggy might joke about how he only became a lawyer for the money, and sure, he wants to be able to do things like afford rent and pay his bills and maybe have a really nice apartment - but he became a lawyer to help people. He grew up in Hell's Kitchen and he's always wanted to be able to make a difference there, to help good people get out of trouble. His compassion and caring about people underlay just about everything he does.
On the flip side of that is a hell of a lot of fear. Underlying a lot of who Foggy is and what he does is fear in general: fear of not being needed, fear of letting his friends and family down, fear of not being a good enough lawyer to make a difference, fear of losing the people he cares about. He reacts very badly to finding out that Matt is Daredevil in part because he's afraid it means his whole relationship with his best friend was a lie, on top of the fear of losing him. In addition, there's times where he expresses fear that he made a mistake and got a client killed, that he's not good enough or his choices have made people's lives worse.
Abilities/Powers/Weaknesses & Warping: Without Mercury's pendant, Foggy is just a standard human, but as long as he's wearing the pendant he has access to the following abilities:
+ increased luck: with conscious effort, Foggy has the ability to tip the odds in favor of a particular outcome. Minor things (such picking the right card or increasing someone's chances of landing a hit in a fight), take minimal effort, while something on a larger scale (such as the lottery or winning the fight in general) take a lot more out of him and may end up with him unconscious - he's never actually tried to do anything on that scale before. This is a kind of nebulous ability that would only ever be used with player permission in any given situation, and with mod approval for anything that might be plot or event related. This ability has been warped so that after every successful use, Foggy will find himself with unusually bad luck the day after.
+ enhanced speed: the ability to cover a distance in about half the time that it would normally take an average human.
+ lock/trap sensing: the ability to detect physical or magical locks and in the vicinity, at a range of about 20 feet.
+ lock/trap manipulation: essentially he is a human lock pick - he can unlock or disarm physical or magical locks/traps as long as he's within a foot or two from them. Again this is an ability that would only be used with player/mod permission, otherwise this ability simply won't work on that particular lock or trap.
+ alchemy: the ability to turn an object into a similar but different object, such as a piece of straw into a needle. This is ability that requires intense, active concentration for a sustained period of time, as well as physical contact with the object. The amount of time increases with the size of the the object - so he might need five or ten minutes to make that needle, but a knife might require several sessions of a few hours. This ability works only on inanimate objects, and not on anything living. I'd like to warp it by making it temperamental, and might not always result in a complete switch or give the intended results. (For example, he might try to turn a rock into a loaf of bread, but attempting to bite into it may just result in a broken tooth.)
+ teleportation: Foggy is able to teleport himself to another location, within roughly a football field or so. He's unable to take more than one person with him, and taking one person will require substantial effort and leave him feeling incredibly fatigued - pretty much a one trip and done for a day or so. He won't be able to teleport himself outside of Deerington or to any off limits areas. I'd also like to warp this one by making it unstable, so he may not always end up where he intended to be.
+ telepathic SMS: basically exactly what it sounds like - he's able to send and receive short messages via telepathy. He has no ability to read people's minds or experience their emotions or memories, and this doesn't come with any ability to block people from reading his own mind. In addition to sometimes hearing the incoherent murmuring, I'd like to warp this one by making it unstable as well, and occasionally having him send or receive messages to or from the wrong person - with permission from all parties involved, of course.

Are you comfortable with prominent elements of fourth-walling?: yup!
What themes of horror/psychological thrillers do you enjoy the most?: Foggy was pushed out of his comfort zone quite a bit in his last game when it game to the more physical side of horror, such as monsters and battles and general violence, and I'd love to continue on with that! I'd also really love to get into Foggy's fears on a psychological level - both his underlying fears about himself and his fears about what might be waiting for him if he ever does return back to his own world. Plus I love absolutely anything involving ghosts
Is there anything in particular you absolutely need specific content warnings for?: suicide
